Air-fried radishes anyone? I have seen baked radishes make their way into 2021 so I thought to myself, why not air-fry them! So much easier and cuts the time in half. I am a huge lover of radishes in salad and I love that zing. When you bake them they are actually completely different in taste. Creamy like a potato and that strong zing you all know, completely dissipates. When you bake or air-fry them that spice they have to them completely goes away. You will absolutely love these and if you don’t have an air-fryer please feel free to bake them in the oven at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until roasted. You will need:
- 2 bunches of radishes
- 2 teaspoons oil any
- salt pepper , paprika ,
- garlic powder to taste
- Take your radishes off the stem/leaves, wash them, and cut the ends a tiny bit.
- Add them to a bowl with the rest of your ingredients and stir.
- Air-fry for 10 to 12 minutes depending on your air-fryer or until nice and crispy.
